| About MeWith 12 years of experience as a Real Estate Managing Broker specializing in residential, commercial, and development properties, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and I am also a member of the Commercial Broker Association. My skills as a negotiator are complemented by a strong understanding of contract law, land use, and environmental regulations. Beyond my professional experience, I am deeply involved in my community, serving as a Chamber board member and incoming Chairman, as well as contributing to the Economic Development Committee. I have been a proud Anacortes resident for over 20 years and served as the past president of the Kiwanis Sunrisers for two years. I have a background in Computer Science education and over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, including work as a Network Engineer managing large-scale computer networks. My diverse career background and passion for both real estate and technology drive my commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. |
